On November 18th 2017, Conveyor Media, BC Live, and Station 22 to live stream the FIRST EVER American Influencer Awards! This award show was put together to honor the biggest beauty influencers across all platforms of social media. Nominees were chosen based on many different factors such as: growth, engagement, content, and how much of a positive influence they are in the community. Winners were chosen based on public voting. The American Influencer Awards 2017 was aired on November 18th.
The Red Carpet and Pre-Show was hosted by Larisa Love, a leader in the Professional Hairstyling Industry. Following the Pre-Show festivities, Youtube Stars/ Social Influencers Kandee Johnson and Patrick Starrr took the stage to host the Main Event.
